Features of the Square SD3P-30 Type
This is an industrial metal detector that uses a magnetic field to detect metal.
Under the influence of the magnetic field, metals are divided into two types: ferrous (iron) and non-ferrous (copper, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.).
Ferrous metals are best detected at high frequencies, while non-ferrous metals are best detected at low frequencies.
The product passes through the detection frame of the SD3P-30 Type, which is 300mm wide and has a maximum height of 180mm.

This is the only dual-wave metal detector in the world. The device can emit two electromagnetic waves to detect twice as the products.
Specifically, the machine emits one wave with the optimal frequency for ferrous metals (Fe) and one wave for non-ferrous metals (SUS).
Instead of using two separate detectors as previously requested by some customers, now only one dual-wave machine from Square provides equivalent results.
The Square metal detector – Model: SD3P-30 is capable of detecting and rejecting products on the same processing line.
After the products pass through the detector frame, any faulty or foreign objects will be detected. They are then removed from the production line through the foreign object removal system.
